A long site walk before the final design

30,000 square metres: converting the number before interpreting it

The primary description refers to a hilly 30,000 m² campsite area. A simple conversion makes the scale easier to understand: one hectare is 10,000 m², so 30,000 m² is about three hectares. That figure does not establish how many pitches can be created. Access roads, gradients, common facilities, planting, utility corridors, unusable areas and regulatory constraints may consume a substantial share. The conversion therefore provides spatial intuition without pretending to calculate capacity. This is a useful documentary rule: arithmetic can clarify a source figure, but it must not manufacture a project parameter that has never been measured.

Access is infrastructure and a project risk
